Product information may be corrected or updated without prior notice. Minor differences that do not materially change the intended function may not constitute a defect.
Compatibility, Installation, and Assembly
You are responsible for checking product compatibility with your desk, monitor, laptop, device, mounting surface, electrical system, available space, intended load, and working environment before purchase and use.
- Confirm dimensions, weight limits, mounting patterns, clamp ranges, and required clearances.
- Follow the assembly, installation, adjustment, care, and safety instructions supplied with the product.
- Use appropriate tools and obtain qualified assistance when the product or environment requires it.
- Do not exceed stated capacities or modify structural, powered, or safety-related components without authorization.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, product availability, descriptions, promotions, and shipping options may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts are shown during checkout where available.
Postura may correct typographical, pricing, calculation, or availability errors. If a material error affects an order, Postura may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and return the amount collected for that item.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted or released for shipment.
Postura may limit quantities, request clarification, or refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment concerns, inaccurate information, shipping restrictions, obvious errors, or legal requirements.
If Postura cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned through the available payment process.
Payment

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method. Postura is not responsible for fees imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency service.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. This preparation period occurs before carrier transit time and does not include weekends or holidays.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.
- Carrier timing may be affected by destination, weather, service interruptions, customs, or local conditions.
- Multi-item orders may be divided into separate packages and arrive on different days.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address.

Returns and Refunds

General workspace, posture, care, organization, and compatibility information is provided for practical guidance and does not replace product-specific instructions, professional installation advice, or medical advice.
Products are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing medical conditions. Individual comfort and suitability vary according to the user, product, setup, and environment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from store use, delayed access, third-party services, improper installation, incompatible equipment, unauthorized modification, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Postura’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Postura harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, fraudulent conduct, or misuse or unauthorized modification of a product.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Postura for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
Suspension and Termination
